About the Blog.
Life Right Now stems from a rather eventful year, at the age of 27 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Malignant Melanoma (Skin Cancer). One year and one clinical trial later, I have thankfully been given the all clear and it light of this I have become increasingly aware of life both during and after Cancer.
Through my love of writing I have documented my cancer journey so far, I find writing very therapeutic and writing this blog has helped support me through some tough times. In recent months I started to notice how people search online for life experiences similar to theirs to help gain knowledge or reassurance for their own well-being; including how to live post diagnosis and treatment.
Everyone has problems, big or small and often just knowing another individual has experienced something similar to you can really help; it helps to relate and learn from others, inspiring those affected to take control of their own life, I use Life Right Now to share what I went through, so I can help others.
I want Life Right Now to have a 'feel good' factor to help people overcome true difficulties, similar to what I have experienced during the last year.
So thats it, I hope you enjoy reading Life Right Now as much as I enjoy writing it.
